DRIVING ON SUSPENDED LICENSE
A. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, a person who drives a motor vehicle on a public highway when the person's privilege to drive a motor vehicle is suspended, revoked, canceled or refused or when the person is disqualified from driving is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
Driving on a Suspended License is a criminal traffic charge. Not only you can you end up in jail, on probation, and with a high fine, the charge can complicate getting back a valid license.
Also, you should schedule a consultation to ensure that the underlying problems with your license are permanently fixed, so that you can drive legally.
I regularly go to Arizona MVD and assist people in getting their licenses back. It can sometimes seem fairly confusing and quite difficult to accomplish. Give me a call to discuss your particular circumstance.
